Ghosts of Phones Past

Ive had a few phones in my time.

In no particular sequence (due to poor memory recall) Nokia Blue, Motorola V690, Motorola Razr2, LG Chocolate KG800, Nokia 6700, Apple Iphone, Blackberry Curve 8230.

Quick Impressions:

Nokia: most reliable. Best predictive texting system, like riding a bike – once you use one, very easy to use others, despite much lapse in time. Intuitive and menu friendly. Aesthetically pleasing.

Motorola: Poor interface. Razr was very stylish, but buttons became less responsive quickly. Bad customer service. The V690 was like a robot from Doctor Who. Looked makeshift and was makeshift.

Megasoft Corp & Nokia Alliance

In your face Google! Microsoft is on a roll and its not taking any prisoners! There isnt anything micro about the way Microsoft approaches business. Today, Microsoft  formed an alliance with Nokia to provide Office applications on Nokia smartphones – yes, all 200 million of them. This is another step forward for Microsoft and Nokia to compete with RIM, Apple and Google – this is another step for Total World Domination.

Let me spell it out for you – The world’s largest software company joins forces with the worlds largest cellphone maker.

I hearby dub thee – MEGASOFT.
